First Knysna Santa Dash promises a Ho, Ho, Ho, whole lot of fun for everyone this Christmas.
SANTA DASH
The Knysna Santa Dash is inspired by similar events that take place in countries around the world over the Christmas season. The idea is a simple one – participants must dress up in their most colourful Christmas-themed clobber and walk, run, dance, or skip their way around a 5km course. A shorter, 1km Reindeer Run for youngsters is also planned.
Post-race, an evening of music, dinner and drinks are planned at the Knysna Golf Club. And. to top the night off, Santa Claus himself is all set to make a surprise appearance.

Santa Dash:
A scenic 5km course around the Knysna Golf Club
Reindeer Dash:
A shorter, 1km course for kids under 6 years ( parents are welcome to join kids).
Cost
Ticket prices are R120 for adults and R60 for children, with a percentage of all sales being donated to this year’s good “claus” – Growing Upwards (growingupwards.co.za), a local group creating sustainable food gardens in vulnerable communities and schools.
